Election . We can also confirm at the time of writing this update that we are aware there is to be a contested election for one of the Yorkshire Council Seats and full details will be provided once the Ballot is issued by the Law Society which could be as soon as today .
Lasting Powers of Attorney Consultation - There is an important consulation currently runnning on changing lasting powers of attorney and private client members may want to contribute to this - the deadlien is 13th October and you can access the page here : https://www.gov.uk/government/consultations/modernising-lasting-powers-of-attorney
